CPM Values
- Education – We provide high-quality training, mentoring, and professional development for children, youth, and emerging artists, grounded in a deep connection to Spanish culture. As the Official *EFA Ambassador for Australia and Asia, Pepa Molina upholds internationally recognised standards in Flamenco education. (*EFA- Escuela de Flamenco de Andalucía, headquartered in Spain and present in 17 countries, is the leading accredited institution for professional Flamenco and Spanish Dance training worldwide.)
- Preservation – We safeguard Flamenco’s tradition while stimulating its growth through the creation and presentation of both traditional and contemporary works of the highest calibre.
- Consistency – We maintain a strong, ongoing work ethic in developing new dance works and delivering diverse programs, from school incursions to seniors’ programs, community events & entertainment programs.

CPM Objectives
- To present high-calibre flamenco performances that engage and inspire.
- To preserve flamenco, a UNESCO World Heritage Artform, through extensive training, advocacy and education.
- To expand the flamenco ecosystem in Australia through mentorship, artistic innovation, audience development and intercultural engagement.
- To facilitate opportunities for people from all walks of life to experience Spanish culture, to expand cultural awareness, foster social connectedness and enhance wellbeing.
